Hydraulics specialist strengthens brand presence

Change of name: LOG Hydraulik GmbH and WEBER-HYDRAULIK ValveTech GmbH become WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH

Güglingen, Mai 31, 2021                    Leading international hydraulics specialist WEBER-HYDRAULIK today announces the renaming of its Constance and Wörth an der Isar sites to WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH. The Swabian family-owned company with headquarters in Güglingen and further locations in Losenstein (Austria) and Wykroty (Poland) will operate under a uniform name with immediate effect. The name change has already been entered in the commercial register and is therefore legally effective.

For more than 80 years, WEBER-HYDRAULIK has been manufacturing high-quality cylinders, manifolds, steering and suspension systems, valves and aggregates for mobile machinery, commercial vehicles and machine tools as well as rescue equipment. With around 1,500 employees, the company implements sophisticated, functionally reliable and application-specific hydraulic system solutions according to customer requirements.

WEBER-HYDRAULIK expanded its portfolio for system solutions in 2007 by integrating the companies LOG Hydraulik GmbH (Wörth an der Isar) and FLUID TEAM Automationstechnik GmbH (Constance). While FLUID TEAM Automationstechnik GmbH has already been renamed WEBER-HYDRAULIK ValveTech GmbH, the two companies are now renamed WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH. Thus, in the future five WEBER-HYDRAULIK locations will operate under the same name.

With around 130 employees, modern and high-quality hydraulic manifolds and system solutions for all areas of oil hydraulics are manufactured in Wörth an der Isar, which is characterized by customer-oriented engineering. In Constance, WEBER-HYDRAULIK engineers, produces and distributes innovative hydraulic valves and systems worldwide.

The name change to WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH is a formal step in the integration within the WEBER-Group to strengthen cross-site cooperation and to perform as “One WEBER” internally as well as towards customers and business partners.

“Our focus in recent years has been to make the transition from a component supplier to a system supplier for hydraulic solutions. This includes pooling our existing know-how and strengths across locations in order to offer our customers and partners innovative and customized hydraulic solutions with added value. The name adjustment symbolizes the unity and strengthens the brand presence internally and externally,” explains Christine Grotz, managing partner of WEBER-HYDRAULIK.
