The WEBER-HYDRAULIK corporate culture
is based on five core values
Since 2011, there are revised terms of reference for all WEBER-HYDRAULIK employees, concerning ethical principles, laws and behavior. These terms are integrated in the WEBER-HYDRAULIK code of conduct and are supported by the WEBER-HYDRAULIK Core Values.
The „WE“ is paramount to us – together we set ourselves ambitious goals and focus on achieving the aspired results. We work with passion and confidence across organizational boundaries towards mutual success. The WEBER leadership characteristics are defined by courage, personal integrity and having vision which inspires people.
This involves the correct behavior in daily company processes as well as the adherence of adequate, sustainable ethical objectives. WEBER-HYDRAULIK complies to the Code of Conduct of the Federal Association of Materials, Management, Purchasing and Logistics e. V. (BME), and therefore the company undertakes measures to prevent bribery and to keep ethical principles towards customers, competitors and business partners. In all business activities and decisions, laws in force have to be respected.
The company acknowledges its social responsibility and commits itself to the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact initiative.
The initiative, supported by patron Dr. Angela Merkel and integration commissioner Aydan Özoğuz, aims to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in corporate culture in Germany. Organizations should create a work environment that is free of prejudice.
All employees should be valued – irrespective of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
The Diversity Charter was established by Daimler, BP Europa SE, Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Telekom. More than 2,000 companies and public institutions have already signed the Diversity Charter and new signatories are being added on an ongoing basis. www.charta-der-vielfalt.de/en
