The proportional pressure relief valve size 05 is a direct-controlled valve with a differential cone design that can also be used as a pilot valve for remote-controlled pressure adjustments. Pressures proportional to the solenoid current can be set.

The direct-controlled proportional pressure relief valve size 05 is designed according to the differential area principle, which makes it particularly suitable for control of relatively large pilot flows (e.g. of control pumps). Pressures can be set proportional to the solenoid current. If the pressure at port P reaches the currently set value (solenoid current), the valve opens and allows the medium to flow to port T. If the pressure drops again on the consumer side, the valve closes with low hysteresis.

Numerous pressure ranges are available to achieve optimum resolution. The valve has a fast, precise and low-vibration response behavior.

The valve is available as a space-saving, cost-effective installation variant and as cartridge valve for various stepped bores: T-10A (standard), C-10-2. The valve is also available in a pipework housing and in a variety of intermediate and attachment plates of size 6 (DIN 24340 A06).
