The proportional pressure relief valve size 10 is a pilot-controlled valve in spool design. Pressures can be set proportionally to the solenoid current.
If the pressure at port 1 reaches the currently set value (solenoid current), the valve opens and allows the medium to flow to port 2. If the pressure drops again, the valve closes with low hysteresis.
The staggered arrangement of the outlet holes results in a progressive increase in the opening cross-section. This ensures precise response behavior over the entire flow range. At the same time, the risk of oscillation under unfavorable conditions (long hose lines, high dead volume, etc.) is minimized.
All functionally relevant parts are hardened and polished or honed. Numerous pressure ranges are available to achieve optimum resolution.
The screw-in valve is designed for the stepped bore T-3A. A wide range of suitable pipework housings as well as intermediate and attachment plates of size 10 (DIN 24340 A10) are available.
