Proportional pressure control valve EPDR3-06

Oil flow is maintained from port P to A until the set pressure is reached, after which the valve closes. If the consumer pressure drops again, the valve opens from P to A. If the set pressure on the consumer side is exceeded, the pressure relief function of the valve is activated (3-way function). Oil then flows from port A to T until the set pressure is reached. The valve can also be used purely as a pressure reducer (2-way function). However, the third port (T) must not be closed.

The valve has a mechanical limitation of the maximum control pressure if a specific value must not be exceeded, even if the control electronics are faulty. A high number of pressure stages enable optimum adaptation to the respective requirements. The valve has a precise and favorable response and control behavior.

Please note:
The higher the pressure difference between the inlet pressure and the consumer pressure, the cleaner the oil should be (filtration up to 3 µm required).
