CAD (computer-aided design)

FEM (finite element method)

We use FEM analyses to test loads, vibrations and thermal properties. This guarantees robust, durable and safe products – even before the first prototype is created.

 

CFD (computational fluid dynamics)

Our CFD simulations make flow processes visible and help to optimise energy efficiency, cooling and performance in a targeted manner.

 

Thanks to MBSE, we rely on digital system models instead of purely text-based descriptions. This ensures transparency, efficient collaboration and the precise implementation of complex customer requirements.

The electrical and electronic architecture forms the nervous system of our systems. Control units, software functions and cabling are perfectly coordinated and networked.

Cyber security encompasses measures to protect our digital products from cyber attacks or misuse. Secure systems are the basis for trust. We develop according to the highest security standards, such as ISO/SAE 21434, thereby ensuring that our digital products are protected against attacks and misuse.

Functional safety ensures that systems do not cause dangerous situations even in the event of faults. We develop in accordance with the highest safety standards, such as ISO 26262. This enables us to guarantee that our systems operate reliably and without risk, even in the event of faults.

After successful simulations, the first functional prototypes are created. These are used to test the design, functionality and manufacturability in a practical setting.

Testing encompasses all tests and validations that a product undergoes before it is released. Requirements, safety aspects and functionalities are tested. To ensure quality and reliability, our products undergo extensive testing.

  • E/E laboratory: Here we test electronic components and control units under controlled conditions to ensure perfect interaction between hardware and software.
  • Testing: In realistic tests, we validate simulation results and guarantee robust, practical products.
