Yannick Weber is new COO of WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH

Güglingen, 5th October 2023. Since 1 September 2023, Yannick Weber (43) has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the management of the hydraulics specialist. In his new position, he assumes overall responsibility and coordination for the group’s production sites in Germany, Austria and Poland.
The certified engineer now supports Managing Partner and CEO Christine Grotz, who in 2016 joined the family-run business founded in 1939 by her grandfather. Grotz has been the sole managing director since 2021.
With the addition of Yannick Weber, the dual leadership in the group’s management is complete again. He most recently served as COO at WAGO GmbH & Co.KG and has extensive experience in controlling value creation processes.
